From last class: Katie B. Influencer piece. Satire  is a genre or technique used to critique and expose the flaws, shortcomings, or absurdities of individuals, institutions, or society as a whole. It often uses humor, irony, exaggeration, and wit to make its point. Secondary Example: Dream Job.
